Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your filtration unit.
Pack Securely
Place the product in its original box with all filters, components, and manuals included to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable carrier to our processing center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned system, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
